General Questions

  • How can I contact you?

  • Why do I see sales tax on my order?

    Customers in Maine are required to pay sales tax for all taxable purchases. This excludes wholesale purchases. Wholesale customers are exempt from state sales taxes.

  • Is my information safe on your site?

    All your personal information is completely confidential and encrypted. We never sell information to third parties.

  • I received an item I wasn’t happy with; What can I do?

    We always want to assure you received exactly what you ordered and in the right condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send us an email within 2 days of receiving the shipment, describe your issue, and include photos (if applicable). At our discretion we will provide store credit, refund or replacement.

  • Can I return an order?

    We will accept any unopened item within 7 days for a full return. You are responsible for paying return shipping and handling costs. For more information about delivery and returns please see our Delivery & Returns page here.

Payment

  • Why do I see sales tax on my order?

    Customers in Maine are required to pay sales tax for all taxable purchases. This excludes wholesale purchases. Wholesale customers are exempt from state sales taxes.

Products

  • Are your products natural?

    All our products are natural, with no additives or preservatives. We don't use pesticides or chemicals on our maple trees or wildflower fields. Our products are processed as little as possible to preserve flavor and quality. Additionally, our products are all gluten free, unless noted in the product description.

Shipping

  • Can you expedite my delivery?

    We offer expedited shipping options for orders to the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited Orders must be received online by 2:00 PM, EST. Items must be in stock to qualify for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, not all items qualify for expedited delivery.

  • Do you ship outside the United States?

    We do ship outside the United States to most other countries. If you need additional shipping information about rates or restrictions to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses, please call us at 1-800-281-0021.

  • What delivery methods do you use? How long does delivery take?

    We ship all orders using UPS and USPS. We process shipping methods and costs once your order is submitted. All in-stock items are shipped using standard ground shipping and should arrive within 4-10 business days, depending on your location.

    If you require multiple shipping addresses, you must submit multiple orders. Delivery charges will be calculated for each address.

Wholesale

  • Can you send me a catalogue?

    Catalogues are available to primarily our wholesale customers. If you would like to receive our catalogues, please send your name and address to [email protected] or call 1-800-281-0021. If you moved, no longer wish to receive catalogues, or received duplicate catalogues, please contact us for a resolution. We are happy to help.

  • How long do wholesale orders take?

    Since our candy is made to order, there is a short delay for wholesale shipments. Please allow a minimum of 18-21 days to fulfill your order. This ensures you receive the highest quality, freshest product possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation once we process and ship your items.

    Maple syrup wholesale orders is also dependent on order size and current stock. Expect up to a 14-day fulfillment period for large orders.
