Payment

  • Why do I see sales tax on my order?

    Customers in Maine are required to pay sales tax for all taxable purchases. This excludes wholesale purchases. Wholesale customers are exempt from state sales taxes.

Products

  • Are your products natural?

    All our products are natural, with no additives or preservatives. We don’t use pesticides or chemicals on our maple trees or wildflower fields. Our products are processed as little as possible to preserve flavor and quality. Additionally, our products are all gluten free, unless noted in the product description.

Shipping

  • Can you expedite my delivery?

    We offer expedited shipping options for orders to the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited Orders must be received online by 2:00 PM, EST. Items must be in stock to qualify for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, not all items qualify for expedited delivery.

  • Do you ship outside the United States?

    We do ship outside the United States to most other countries. If you need additional shipping information about rates or restrictions to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses, please call us at 1-800-281-0021.

  • What delivery methods do you use? How long does delivery take?

    We ship all orders using UPS and USPS. We process shipping methods and costs once your order is submitted. All in-stock items are shipped using standard ground shipping and should arrive within 4-10 business days, depending on your location.

    If you require multiple shipping addresses, you must submit multiple orders. Delivery charges will be calculated for each address.
