Maple Weekend 2019

Maine Maple Weekend

To locals, Maine Maple Sunday is the unofficial kickoff to spring. Located in the northern region of Maine, Spring Break Maple Farm doesn’t see spring as early as our more southern counterparts. Despite that, it does not detract our local community from enjoying the New England tradition of visiting sugar houses all across the state of Maine to learn how maple is made, opting outside to enjoy the warming weather and to support their local maple producers.

Maine Maple Sunday is always the fourth Sunday in March, but Spring Break Maple holds our open house in recognition of Maine Maple Sunday over the same weekend. This helps families plan around weather and other events. This year Maine Maple Sunday falls on March 23rd and 24th 2019.

Come visit our sugar house and maple candy production facility for a sweet treat and learn how it’s all made. We have the traditional maple treats periodically available throughout both days. Specific event details are below.

Tag us on the day of the event on Facebook and Instagram using #springbreakmapleandhoney. In the meantime you can stay updated with a Facebook RSVP to the event using the post to the right.

We look forward to seeing you and your family soon!
